A 28-year-old female patient presenting with paroxysmal palpitation visited our institution. Computerized tomography (CT) and echocardiogram showed two intracardiac solitary masses located in different chambers, one in the left atrium pedicled in the left appendage and the other one pedicled in the free wall of outflow tract of right ventricle. The two masses were completely excised, and their histology was that of typical myxoma.
