摘要:
The study of platelet adhesion and aggregation to biomaterial surfaces provides an efficient way for thrombogenicity diagnosis. Herein, we introduced a one-step, cost-effective strategy for fast fabrication of patterned extreme wettability contrast from superhydrophilic to superhydrophobic for the polymer surface manipulation. The study of platelet interaction in controllable conditions can be facilitated within a microfluidic chip. In-vitro testing indicates that both micro-topography and wettability of channel surface are important factors for fabricating blood compatibility and high thrombogenic surface, which may contribute to implantable or hemostatic materials. It is expected that this facile approach is promising to apply for biological, medical and diagnostic purposes. © 2020 CBMS-0001
