Objectives of Study: To evaluate the the safety and effectiveness of Using Minimally invasive Transapical septal myectomy System to Treat Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy.
The minimally invasive Transapical septal myectomy System could resect the hypertropic myocardium in a beating heart of HOCM patient.
Compare with Morrow procedure, the minimally invasive Transapical septal myectomy shows smaller trauma, Shorter operation time and less demanding expertise, which was more suitable for the old and infirm
