Tracheal rupture is not common in routine clinical practice, with iatrogenic tracheal rupture being even rarer.1 The lethal injury can be managed by surgically repairing the ruptured trachea or implementing tracheal reconstruction.2 This study reports a case of a pediatric patient suffered tracheal rupture during thoracoscopy.
