摘要:
Organoid technology, as a three-dimensional (3D) culture method, provides a feasible tool to self-organize multiple types of organ-specific cells, construct inherent anatomic structures, and display functional biological activities. For the purpose of renal regeneration, renal organoids are considered as predictive options to form functional kidney substitutions in vitro. Here, we describe an accessible and convenient way to generate renal organoids without differentiation procedures using whole kidney cells.© 2024.
