Introduction: Owing to the advances in diagnosis and therapy, survival orremission rates forlymphoma have improved prominently.Apart fromthe lymphoma and chemotherapy-related somaticsymptomburden, increasing attention has been drawn to the healthrelated quality of life. The determination of the lymphoma-relatedmetabolic brain patternwould facilitate exploring not only theneuropsychiatricsymptoms induced by extracranial lymphoma, but also the exclusive detrimentaleffect associatedwithchemotherapy or othertreatments. In this retrospective study, we aimed to establish the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma-relatedpattern (DLBCLRP) of metabolic brain network, and investigate the correlations betweenDLBCLRP and several indexes of thestaging and response assessment.
